Very expressive. I think you want to say that the woman is very strong and she can be responsible for her family and she can be a leader and suffer for their sake.

Actually Mina, it is a culturally familiar movie scene in the United States. There is creepy music that plays while the woman rides her bike. Those familiar with the movie, automatically find the music running in their head.
